From what i can recall, it was about processes and how to make them operate- that is through procedures. Then there was this flow chart that summarizes the procedures of a solution, wherein, it is made up of boxes, circles, lines, diamonds, etc. that make the chart fluid and direct. An oblongated box with a START in it starts the flow of a chart, then connects to the next shape through lines, wherein, it could be the first procedure or a decision box.
When a procedure box is connected, a rectangular box is connected with a verbed noun (verb+noun) caption in it, eg. "Drink milk".
If a decision box is connected, a diamond box is used with a question, answerable by yes or no, inscribed in it. Then, a YES line connects the diamond to a procedural box, so as with a NO line.After all procedures are reconciled, the chart is ended by an END oblongated box.
