21st ZOMBIE CENTURY

Wayback in elementary, my bestfriend and I would go right to the library during recess and at the end of the day to read and borrow the newest released issue of the novel GOOSEBUMPS. We were Goosebump geeks. It was how we get along with our imaginations, fascinations, and childhood daydreams of a spooky yet adventurous setup.
Among the issues of Goosebumps, the story that we loved most, was when the people have become ZOMBIEEESSSS, and we were the only survivors during the outbreak. We were zombie-movie fanatics and collectors and we got addicted to RESIDENT EVIL game in PS. It was our first zombie virtual experience and it was so awesome. Though it was just 2D, the game was able to meet the demand of out thrills.

We are really much grateful for we lived in this century where gaming is at its golden age. Thank God for these computer engineers, programmers, artists, and this video game software, wherein it is a software where these makers design the game. Video gaming has never been this pleasing and refined, thanks to the gift of technology. Video games have become 3D and realistic that you could fool a 5 yr old child your watching a real movie.

Of course, video gaming is made possible through hardwares able to create such detailed graphics- video cards, LCD, etc. Thanks to the invention of computer, Playstation, and Xbox (don't have this and im not sure if my mom would buy me this. haha. PS2 is still working).

I wasn't able to get the release of RESIDENT EVIL for PS2, for the copy of the game wasn't available among the stalls in Tacloban. Sadly, I had to accept the fact and just salivate from the reviews and trailers of the game over the net.

Just this 2009, with a reunion of my barkada in our favorite cafe, my friends who are studying in Cebu introduced me to this game- LEFT FOR DEAD. I was curios of the game for it was the newest released game of Valve (the maker of Half-Life, Counter Strike, Condition Zero) after many years. During the game, I could do nothing but be astounded.
I couldn't realize that Valve's silence for these years was into making of game for a lifetime for gamers who are really fascinated by this theme. Haven't gotten over a week since I first played the game, that my brother and I have to spend 2 whole days playing the game and trying to finish all the levels.

I couldn't wait for the 2nd.

This 2010, while im in Manila studying, i got to play LEFT FOR DEAD 2. And what can I say?
"WTF! More action, more blood-gores, more zombie-hunting, more bullets fired, more infected monsters, more refined graphic detail, more levels to finish, and more money to spend renting a PC just to play the game for the game requires high system requirements!".

I really thank God for this computer-aged empire that the world has. It has helped everyone, not only to make our lives easier, but also an escape for gamers who are daydreamers.

Can't wait again for the next release..hehehe
Yep. We lived in this age, you shouldn't miss it. Better play it.
